Elite Divorce Service

We prepare uncontested divorce documents for all 50 States!

We fully and professionally prepare all of the documents you need, all you do is sign and file at your local county courthouse. All divorce packages include step-by-step easy-to-follow filing instructions — and a member of our staff is available 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have. All of our documents are prepared using the latest forms for your county approved by your state Supreme Court.

To get started, please call 918-616-3941 (or text us)and complete the 5-minute questionnaire over the phone. We do not require personal information such as Social Security or credit card numbers. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be given a PayPal link to submit payment.

Once payment is received, you will receive your documents via e-mail in 6 hours or less. Any changes or corrections that may be needed can be completed through the e-mail at no additional charge. Please be advised that, as with a marriage license, a divorce petition also requires a filing fee from your local courthouse. This fee is charged by your county court clerk and is not collected by Elite Divorce Service. Filing fees will vary from county to county and state to state.
